If you have any complain about color and size of product then we are responsible for that. But normal charges of return carrier must be payable by customer. We are not responsible for that.

You can replace product only one time. We are not responsible for second time replacement.

In that case customers will be informed in advanced and final decision can be made by end users than after.

7. Displayed Price is final. No hidden charges, packaging costs and VAT are included.

9. We are not responsible of any damage of the items while it get transit to the buyers due to rain, sunlight, heat and so on. However precautions will be taken while packaging the products.

10. If the confirmed order is get rejected by the consumer after the dispatch of products from manufacture for any reason or the orders is get rejected due to non-deliverance, such orders shall be treated as fulfilled orders.

11. During festive seasons, orders might get dispatched late. So, it is requested to co-operate accordingly.
